Saturday morning, May 26:
There was a problem with the data center (Hurricane Electric,
Fremont-2 location) which lasted ~45 minutes. We have not
been told exactly what the issue was, but we think it was
a power issue. We apologize for the service interruption.
Sheduled Maintenance Friday May 23: We plan to run software and
firmware updates, as well as installing some new hardware to improve
our response to potential emergency situations. We will also increase
the RAM on one of the servers, and we may be tweaking the firewall settings.
We do not anticipate any extended downtime, but the updates will
require multiple server reboots (after 9:00 PM Pacific time).
(This affects Windows-based hosting customers only.)
Thursday May 1: Downtime shown today appears to be a false alarm
caused by networking problems at our monitoring server. Please contact
Support if you are experiencing any hosting-related issues.
Friday April 4: We apologize for this morning's ColdFusion issues on the JADE server.
We have done an emergency re-install of ColdFusion.
The previous settings have been restored. Please notify us if you notice any problems.
